I've started attending the Strength Reformer class and LOVE it!! So good to be pushing my muscles and feeling it the next day, and of course the lovely cold towels with the essential oils on them are a treat at the end. Kiara the owner is fully invested in her clients and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are being looked after.
